Ayur yoga school offers the 200 hour Ayurveda yoga-teacher-trainings course for the students that have an appetite for learning Ayurveda as well as yoga. This course lets students indulge in to learning the concept of a balanced body, mind and soul while mixing Ayurveda and yoga together. You learn to balance your energy with traditional Ayurveda and yogic therapies.

The 200 hour Ayurveda yoga teacher training course focuses on the Pancha Mahabhuta Concept which is the knowledge of Ayurveda and modern anatomy fused with the physiology of Yoga to cope with common diseases and fight them.

She has completed her Ayurveda degree (B.A.M.S.) from Gurukul Khanpur of Maharishi Dyanand University, Rothak, Haryana, India in 2003. She is an Ayurveda doctor and Yoga teacher.

Dr. Vinod Kumar

He has completed his B.A.M.S. from Maharshi Dayand University Rothak (H.R) India in year 1998.He has 13 years of teaching experience in Ayurveda & Yoga philosophy, anatomy & physiology .


Private single and double rooms with attached bathroom with cold and hot water facility 24x7.


Breakfast, lunch and dinner included with course fees.
Herbal tea is served 2-3 times a day.
The food is of vegan type.
