Vinyasa Yoga is the trendiest type of yoga in the Western countries. The expression "Vinyasa" is a word of Sanskrit language that means "differences within parameters". Method of Vinyasa yoga aims at uniting the mind, the spirit and the body by synchronizing the cycle of movements with the breath. Upward movements connect with inhalations of the breath and downward movements with exhalations. The three main principles of Vinyasa yoga consist of Bandha Ujjayi and Surya Namaskar.
